📍 What is Shilajit?
Shilajit is a black mineral resin containing over 85 essential minerals and trace elements needed for energy reactions within the body's cells, as well as an abundance of xanthic and humic acids that allow the body to absorb these valuable minerals. Hilajit contains many of the minerals our bodies need to reach their maximum potential, as well as xanthic and humic acids, which facilitate the metabolism of minerals, proteins and vitamins.
It is made from organic and plant compounds compressed through layers of rock, making it suitable for vegetarians.

Hima Shilajatu sources our Shilajit from Gilgit Baltistan. wild harvested at over 18,000 feet and purified using traditional Ayurvedic techniques.
📍How to use Shilajit Resin?
Take 250mg in the morning on an empty stomach (refer to the measuring spoon carefully).
Take another 250 mg in the evening before bedtime for additional benefits. Dissolve in warm water, milk, tea or any other beverage, stir and drink.
We recommend taking it 4-6 times a week for an optimal duration of 1 to 2 months at a time.
After 1 to 2 months of consumption, you should take a two-week break and then resume consumption. Take Hilajit 2-3 times per year in this cyclical manner.
📌 Notes:
1. If the jar of Hilai Chi is difficult to open, please pour the jar into warm water, then the jar can be opened easily.
2.The texture of hilaji will change according to the ambient temperature. It becomes soft and sticky when exposed to heat (warm) and hardens when exposed to cold (cold). If it seems a bit dry, place the container in a warm place for 20 minutes to soften it, or you can add a small amount of drinking water to it and stir it after 2 hours.
3. Store Hilfiger Resin in a dry, dark place at room temperature (77°F).
